This contemporary new home sits along a gently sloping lot in Sebastopol.  The design of the home focuses the main family space around a large tree that was significant to the owners, creating a generous indoor/outdoor living space.  The project incorporates many green building practices including modular materials, SIP panels and an insulated foundation system.
