Melina Meissner

Staff Architect

The daughter of an architect, Melina exhibited an interest in buildings and construction from an early age. A classical harpist turned architect, she is fascinated by rhythm and patterns both in the natural world and the built environment. She also draws upon nature for inspiration in materials and techniques to promote sustainability and the well-being of the inhabitants.

Since graduating from the New York Institute of Technology, Melina has worked in architecture firms on both coasts, with projects from Hawaii to New York. Her work has ranged from residential remodels to music schools before settling into her preferred track of high end custom homes. She particularly enjoys creating 3-D models to help clients visualize spaces and views during the design process.
