This new pool house was an addition to a Sonoma property. Lorin Hill Architects designed this 900 square foot pool house and complimentary spa which anchored the back of the lot and the existing pool in to one cohesive property. The pool house features a great room, full guest bedroom with en-suite bath, plus an exterior “cabana” bath with changing room and outdoor shower. Two fireplaces, a BBQ island with stainless steel cabinetry and a sliding pass through window / bar compliment this build and make for great outdoor living.
